OK so I know I just started my diet but I had a bit of a relapse the past two days. On Monday, I just HAD to have a McDonald's McFlurry! but I did not eat breakfast and for dinner I just had a tiny bowl of macaroni and cheese so hopefully it was not too bad. And last night Anthony and I ordered a pasta box from Pizza Hut, so I had some pasta and two bread sticks along with half my salad (because Anthony wanted some salad too). It was a whole plate of food but granted a least 1/3 of the plate was covered with salad. I did not eat lunch that day because I was not feeling well at lunch time, and had a piece of toast with peanut butter and jelly for breakfast. So I am thinking I ended up eating about 200 - 300 more calories than I should have which isn't too insane... I think... I hope.
In other news. I have not weighed myself but I would like to think that I am making some progress because this morning I put on my pants and they were kinda lose! Not a lot lose but enough to notice they were not as tight as before. This helps a lot to encourage me to stay on track! I am oh so exited now! If I just even lost 1 lb and have some proof that my efforts are working I know that all the lame salads are worth it :]
