Baby's First Time Eating!

We broke down a few days ago on Memorial day actually, May 27th, and decided to try rice cereal on Bear. We were going to initially wait until he was 6 months but we decided it was time because he seems more hungry and he is grabbing at our food wanting to eat it!

He did eat a bit maybe 2 TBS of the rice cereal, then he started to fuss so we gave him his bottle. He did quite well, had no issues with swallowing and very little with the spitting out reflex. The only thing is, we aren't too sure he likes rice cereal :O We think it may just be that he needs to get used to the texture first. We will continue feeding it to him and see where it goes. I tasted it, and it tastes like water. Exactly like mushy water! lol so I'm not so sure it is the flavor he doesn't like... because there is NO flavor. Other than that he seems like a GREAT eater! I can't wait to start baby food with him and see how he likes those!
